MyIndo.com's Quirky Shots of Bali

On our way to Nusa Dua where our friend Koma lives, we passed by this burly statue of Bima. I hurriedly got my camera out and managed to snap a decently exposed photo of the rock man through the slightly tinted windows of the 4-wheel-drive we were in. Here Bima is seen lovingly intertwined and passionately wrestling with a dragon whilst the jet sprays of a fountain surround the man and beast.

SOFYAN: Kapan2 lah saya bikin review tentang Chow Kit, it's also one of my favorite places to find Indonesian food. Dan kamu betul sekali, banyak orang Indonesia di sana nongkrong and minum2 teh botol. Dan saya belum pernah bikin review tentang Kemang.

TASIA: Thanks babe! I was just looking for a clever title for the toilet picture. Did you get the "Up 2 you" sign? It means that you can be either a man or a woman (or however you choose your gender to be) to use it. Hope this makes sense.

SOFYAN: The title of this photo feature is "Quirky Shots of Bali", NOT "Breathtakingly Beautiful Shots of Bali."

I think that says it all.

What I had aimed to achieve with the photos was to portray a view of Bali that is not typically photographed by tourists or even locals for that matter. Jadi the photos memang agak2 eccentric. I was avoiding postcard-type pictures, bosan lah.

Plus these were all parts of Bali that made me laugh.

BTW, your route idea info untuk explore Bali sounds very menarik indeed!

Don't think the Burger Ramly will taste very good if I bring it over from here lah, it'll be soggy bo. Sausnya banyak.

tapi kayanya lo ke bali bagian mana seh,ko fotonya sorry ngga bagus2 banget,pdhl banyak banget spot yg bagus di bali,ntar kalo kita ke bali lg lo bakal gue ajak naek mio,kita keluar masuk kampung2,mulai dari tabanan,kuta nusa dua,ubud,amed,kintam ani sampe nusa lembongan,eh sekalian kita clubbing yup coz kalo malaysian gratis masuk club jd tar gue pura2 ngomong malay,hehehe lumayankan jd hemat 50ribu wat charge, tenang gue bakalan sedia tolak angin satu kardus,kalo ke bali kasi kabar yup.coz biasanya gue tahun baru ke bali,tp janji yup kalo lo ke indo bawain gue ramly burger ok,kangen gue ma daging burgernya,tuhkan malah jadi curhat,adios amigos
